My sister lives on Maui & has more than 200 orchids at her house & some of them look very much like this little insect. One looks so much like an alien that i can't stop looking at it in amazement. Oh yeah, here's my knee! Knee replacement surgery is serious shit. Not sure how I could have lived out the rest of my life had I not done it but had I known how awful it would be? I'm not totally sure that I would have went through with it. My God, it was horrendous!

If was truly traumatic.I had NO idea when i went there that they could/ would do all of that. That I wasn't in charge of deciding when i should go home. There will be followup on this abusive approach but for right now, I'm so very glad to be at home with Henry who is just a total mush.

Look what I got! This right here means I'M GOING HOME TOMORROW! Weeeeee! I've been fighting for the right to go home and feeling like the nursing home was really going to fight me on it but today they said I'm clear to go! I can't wait to cuddle Henry the cat! Poor boy must be so confused.

I feel like i look like gollum right now. Rehab is horrendous. There are no drs or physical therapists at all here ALL weekend and they dropped me off on Friday noonish. They won't treat my pain. They won't help me get to the toilet. It's outrageous, insane. Brutal. Anyway, here's my leg.

I'm in a rehab fac. that seems to be refusing to give me FREAKING PAIN MEDS. I'm in agony. I haven't washed my hair in a week. Pain is all day, all night. Now I'm on a mission to fight for the care i deserve but you know what? We won one today. One less evil sob in the world is a beautiful thing

Today was the baby shower for my only child's first baby and I couldn't go because of all of my injuries and impending surgery. It's been kind of devastating to be here alone instead. But my best friend Hannah (Lilly's godmother) was there with her daughter Vita so I got pictures at least. 💖😘

Where I live now there are bears all over the place. The local facebook page has numerous reports every day about bears in cars, breaking into garages, coming up the porch steps! I've was in my neighbors house when she got home from shopping one time. It was eating gummybears! 10 days ago! ⏬️
