For comedian Jon Harvey, who plays Count Binface, I only have his month of birth: May 1980. Late May would give him a Gemini Sun, which Uranus would be transiting. May 21st would give him a Leo Moon, thus being impacted by the eclipse also. But unfortunately this is just idle speculation. 😂
Farage had a comfortable majority and still polls at ~70% locally, although if Binface wins a projected 20% this could still be embarrassing for him. He is having an interesting time: a solar eclipse taking place in his 12th House; Saturn on his Sun; Neptune on his Mars; and Uranus on his MC.
Loving the proximity of tomorrow's solar eclipse to the Clacton by-election, where far right candidate and incumbent Nigel Farage is facing down satirical character Count Binface, along with 32 others. The eclipse, one day before the by-election, will be 90+% visible in the UK.
I love this passage, from the introduction of Kastrup's Decoding Jung’s Metaphysics - and it resonates powerfully with the fact that birth charts still appear to function, sometimes long after death
OK I got curious - wasn't ready for how dark these are, and thought Taurus Venus would be nicer somehow! But I'll be honest, I really like the deep grey of my rising sign.
Uranus △ Pluto has been in orb for years but today enters a 2-year period of 5 exact hits. From Andre Barbault: When Pluto with its Thanatos-like powers is aligned with the promethean powers of Uranus there has to be the kind of progress that brings us the ultimate in technological achievements
Happy summer solstice ☀️♋️ Despite the square the Sun will make to Neptune, exaltation ruler Jupiter is still in Cancer for another 9 days to support the cosy summer vibes ✨️ There's also a nice mutal reception between the Moon and Mercury on the ingress 🌙☿ #astrology #astrosphere #solstice
It's my birthday, so I thought I'd share my Solar Return (yesterday). I have probably been a bit quiet this past year - I sure will not miss last year's Rx Mercury in Pisces conjunct Saturn and Rx Venus!! I also wanted to share the cover of some stunning alchemical cards my wife gave me. 🥰
The Friend went on to command a lot of influence, preaching a progressive message (for the time) in Quaker communities and beyond. Today happens to be both their Lunar and Jupiter returns - AND their Progressed Moon is also almost exactly conjunct the Natal and transiting Moon. All ~26-27° Virgo.
I found out today, because of Trans Day of Visibility, of the fascinating life of the Public Universal Friend. The Friend (as they were often simply known) had a mystical Near Death Experience, after which they adopted the new name and rejected all gender, including he/she pronouns.
Friend I unexpectedly met on my walk today. I think she's as happy for the return of Aries season as I am 🐎🤍♈️
Here's a piece of related sports trivia that my partner sent me when I showed her this meme. This is sung to the tune of the song Guantanamera, I'm told
I love this passage from James Hollis so I put it in a frame. It's not technically poetry but it feels that way to me... currently having transits to both my 4H (Saturn and Neptune heading for 3 ♈︎ personal planets) and another outer heading for my IC... Sharing in case it resonates with you too ✨️
Happy Imbolc / St Brigid's Day ☀️🌱✨️ I'm certainly happy to see the light slowly returning.
I would honestly have read this as satirical in many other contexts, but surely it would be too spiteful to give an author a one-star review for that purpose. Crazy to think that there could be real people who actually carry this vision of world order in their heads, even now.
Reading a lot of James Hollis books atm, and finding it difficult not to have a date of birth for him. My hunch is maybe Jupiter in Pisces from 1938...? something about his emphasis on meaning suggests a dignified Jupiter but would love to see his chart
Another beautiful and intense Scottish moonrise, this one in Leo opposite Pluto
Beautiful walk tonight with the waxing Moon and Jupiter 🦀🌕 Happy new year all ✨️✨️
This water grand trine and Pisces Moon weekend was a perfect one to teach reiki for the first time. It feels like I crossed a threshold when the Moon moved into Aries at the end! I hope the watery vibes are treating everyone else well too ✨️🌙 #reiki #astrology #holy-fire #lunar
Travelling north in Scotland over the Equinox, I'm seeing an increasingly rich tapestry of colours. And have been fortunate to have the Sun with me to bring it out! This is called a lochan (a small loch or lake) and it's located along the West Highland Way.
Dragon and elf - encountered yesterday at a craft fayre in Highland Scotland
It feels autumnal already in Scotland this week, especially after travelling back from SE England - but today the sun was just lovely
He sets out on this voyage in March 1717. I don't have the exact date so have used the 1st. In any case, it was a process more than an event, between making his decision, commissioning the ship, hiring its 70-man (rather contemptuous) crew, its launch and beginning piracy activity. 3/7
Stede Bonnet, known as the 'gentleman pirate', famously had an entire library built into the pirate ship he commissioned as part of his epic mid-life crisis in 1717. I don't have a birth time, but 12pm gives him a partile Moon-Mercury conjunction in Virgo, opposed by Neptune in Pisces. 1/7
I'd never seen this speech before - it's very powerful. Seeing how viral it had gone overnight, I took a quick look at his chart - the Sun is right on his MC and the Venus-Jupiter conjunction on his North Node
