i kinda forgot about the exterior of my house because i mostly just live underground (as i always do)

an isometric view from above of an island in minecraft. a partial ring of trees sit on the outer rim of the island with a strip of wheat growing where the trees are not. in the middle of the island, covering nearly the entire landmass, is a hill with an unfinished wooden house on the top and a path leading from the front door.

pukeko and takahe

a pukeko bird next to a takahe bird (looks like a big buff version of a pukeko). they are two dark black-blue-feathered ground birds with orange beaks and orange legs and feet. the takahe has a thicker frame, with larger body, thicker legs, and bigger head and beak and has greenish back feathers, while the pukeko is more spindly with a bright white feathered vent visible on its backside. the takahe also has identification bands on its legs.
