It’s a shortened name for the back muscles between the shoulders and neck! If your shoulders are that large, the upper section in this image would be larger and much more pronounced on her :3

It does that for me as well but it does try to charge me instantly also, it isn’t waiting for the 7 days at all, idk. I’m signed in, I have a payment method, but it still tries to charge me directly and immediately.
