Morning Cathy, morning everyone ☕️ Envious of those with cooler temperatures. We’re peaking at 31 today and tomorrow. 🥵 Have developed our coping strategy but starting to resent the loss of freedom Good news is that the shady river walk will reopen next week. The cygnets will be nearly grown! HAGD

Morning M, morning all☕️ Really bad (not) sleeping night. Fitbit recorded 2hrs48🙄 (Yet another)quiet day for me. Lovely day yesterday, though the temp was just about the limit for walking. Nice meal out - perhaps that affected my sleep? OH on museum duty today, so will watch women’s🏏 1st ever test?

Morning Cathy, morning everyone ☕️ Cooling pillows and wool mattress topper arrived yesterday and were deployed for last night’s sleep. Result? Bliss! Very comfortable, with not a trace of nighttime stickiness. 🤞that’s still the case if we have 20° nights again. Lazy day today - good book HAGD all

Morning odbof, morning Sunday ORChestra ☕️ Another lovely start to the day. I heard the birds tuning up for the dawn chorus - 4.05. Self-inflicted interrupted sleep as I turned over sometime after 2.30, so listened to the Scotland match 😳 It wasn’t a relaxing listen 🙄 Hence I’ve just woken. Tsk HAGD
