There must be a better term for a figure of speech that is both good and bad, truthful but speculative. A cautionary tale but a painful memory too. ?? “Agathokological” just isn’t in my vocabulary.
Box Elder Beetles are locally known as “Democrats” for their habit of swarming in the fall and overwhelming the other insect pests. Personally, I’m ok with that idea.
