It was in Paris, France, where we celebrated my wife's 50th birthday. Sadly it is closed now, I think because it didn't have enough customers to be profitable.

That's what I do. I answer the door naked for deliveries etc., but generally stand behind the door and reach round. Sometimes it's clear the delivery person is OK to see me naked, in which case I step from behind the door.
