The agapanthus is a real bee magnet, not that you’ll see any in this photo.
In other news the yellow cana has started to flower. This stem is almost as tall as me now!
One thing I love about being at my parents is being able to see so many more stars. No Milky Way though sadly.
Wine has arrived. I may be able to cope yet. Already been trying to fix an app on my dad’s phone….
Love the scenery on the way back but never really get a chance to see it properly.
Made it to the chapel where my grandmother is buried. It’s in the middle of nowhere and it’s so peaceful here.
Stopped for lunch just outside Welshpool. It was all very good but could use a little siesta now.
Stopped off in Builth Wells for a flat white. We’re not in Kansas anymore looking at the state of it.
Agapanthus update: coming along nicely. Has to be one of my favourite plants, especially the colour of the flowers.
The green cana is huge now and it’s still not fully grown. The agapanthus is looking good too.
The window boxes have gone wild this year, so much so that they’re making the front room a bit gloomy.
Last chance for morning procrastination this week. In the office tomorrow and Thursday. At least I’ve got the Friday off!
