A picture I took of today’s eclipse, off the coast of Ibiza, and a memory of the last time I saw one. It was with Charlie - May 2012 - on the roof at home. Charlie would have loved today so much. Not to get all woo, but this is the first time since he passed that I actually felt him with me. ☀️🌕💪🏼❤️
Yeah, even on vacation, I still gotta pay my dues. Found this AWESOME gym in Mallorca, Spain: ProFit. Excuse the Great White Whale of a belly, but it was 95 degrees and humid. Even so, here’s 231.4 pounds, 33 pounds more than last week. Form still needs monitoring, but I’m pretty happy overall. 💪🏼🥸
Found the big boy gym in London, @muscleworksgym First day lifting since Berlin where I had food poisoning / stomach issues. No serious food and dehydration isn’t fun. But I managed to put up a double at 90kg…198 lbs which is an increase from last bench session. 💪🏼🥸😈

First bench session in over a year, 11 weeks after the hip replacement. New superpower unlocked: LEG DRIVE!! Never really had it until trying it today, mostly because of the bad hip. What a difference! Thanks to @rhodes.collin and @3mfitness for coaching and the use of @abqbarbell
I got released today to go back to the gym, after my surgeon reviewed the implant x-rays, for my hip replacement, as seen here. I did a back workout with @auttiy at @_ironverse this afternoon. So now it’s time to clean up my diet and see if muscle memory is for reals. It’s good to be back. 💪🏼

On my way to the 60th Annual Outangling Championships in Las Vegas. Here’s a throwback to the 2023 Championships where I use the traditional “thumbs up” pose, and Tiny tosses out the less obvious “point at your opponent.” Unfortunately neither of us passed the drug test. 🥸 See y’all in Las Vegas.
Third tattoo session with the awesome @paulwiley. He finished my back and we’ll get the other arm next time he’s in the US. This is wholly his design and I love what he was able to do. His design makes me look wider than I am, which I’m thrilled about. 💪🏼 @paulwileystudio
