Its me birthday! Feels quite good. Looking forward to a nice, quiet evening with two close friends, my son and hopefully some rain. Much lower temperatures today. Thankful for that. My brain doesn't work in the heath.
Thank you dear village for this time. On the train now, we'll get home quite late this evening.
Me and kiddo on the road up north! Gonna catch a train to go for a quick visit to his grandpa and our little cabin in the woods.
Some photos of my sanctuary. 🌿 Love spending time out here. Its a real luxury to have a nice balcony.
Bought four really cute cups yesterday. So cute!! Perfect for coffee or green tea.
A wonderfull experience from yesterday, while walking home from work. Looked up in one of my favorite trees where I know there's a large Magpie nest. Can you see it? 😍 I love discovering beautiful creatures and trees nearby. #witchsky
If you haven't read this graphic novel, I strongly recommend it! I read it twice in one week cause it's absolutely fantastic.
Feel quite handsome tonight. 🙂 It feels like good things are happening.
Lit a blue candle today during the Thunderstorm. Ive always loved weather that are loud and changing. It sooths me for some reason. Its when its totally still and quiet, my heart starts its restless journey towards the anxious state. Just lit the blue candle again. Feel calmer. #witchsky
Want to go to this cool but friendly rock club tonight, but have nobody to go with. Shall I go by myself or will I look desperate and tragic?
My latest work. I think its done. At least its hanging. 🙂 It has a slightly darker turquoise shade in reality, but can't really catch it with me camera. #art #sculpture #textile #shadowwork #witchsky
Had a bit of a meltdown yestrday, but a good one. Have felt numb and empty all week, except Wednesday evening when I was performing. Yesterday I looked at my shadow work collage and realized what I needed to do. I had a can of paint and an old sheet. Ugly cried while I covered every inch.
Rain and thunder! I hope it wont be to much rain at the same time, the ground is quite dry after the heat. I do love a proper summer tempest though.
Don't know if I'll ever finish this piece. I really want to. Cause I really want this grief to go away. In a month and roughly 2 weeks its been a year since he broke up with me. How the fck can it be a year? And hiw the fck can I still feel so much sadness, emptiness, anger.
On the way home on the last train between Gävle and Uppsala. The gig went good, had a great time snd met both new and old friends. We went to a karaokebar afterwards and I managed to sing two song and have plently of fun before heading home. Have work tomorrow, but it was totally worth it!
#Queer #booktip day 29 and 30. I finish this pridemonth (But every fckn day is pride!l with two works from one of my favorite Swedish horror authors. She often has great queer characters in her books. Norra Latin (not sure if there's a translated vers) & GRIM. By #sarabergmarkelfgren
Finally cool enough to take a walk. (And yes, I mean the weather. Im always cool. I was born in the 80's)
Yes! I love the cover art too! Here's some info about who's behind the design:
Found a really cute jar in one of my local shops. Half price and a turquoise porcelain bird as handle. 😍
#queer book tip day 28 Pojkarna (Girls lost) by Jessica Schiefauer This Swe YA novel came out 2011 when there wasn't that many queer books for y pple around. Its fantasy, horror, love and friendship in a very unique way. I have only read it in swedish, so im not sure how the transl is.
