Witcher 2, Act 2 progress. Love how the tone of this game is so serious and then every once in a while it will throw in something like the harpy feather quest or the succubus quest and Geralt’s deadpan humor really shines.
The Witcher 2, Act 1 complete! Probably my second favorite game of all time. TES: Oblivion taught me that the world can be the center of a story through exploration. The Witcher 2 showed me that a fantasy game could tell a serious story and immerse us in a cinematic masterpiece.
I’m reminded of this exchange. Privatization has ruined our society. This myth that “businessmen” can somehow manage our government better than people that study law and social sciences has to end. Government/society is NOT A BUSINESS.
I know the 7th generation of consoles get a lot of flak for the bloom effects but The Witcher 2 just looks so dreamy. Between that and the original Oblivion the effect somehow sold the fantasy element/setting better. Anyway, playing The Witcher 2 on the Steam Machine is absolutely wonderful.
This has been my life while in the reservation queue for the Steam Machine. (This and refreshing my email every 5 minutes 😭)
Seriously, buy every single box! It’s seasonal and I have to wait until November to eat it again 😭 just thawed and devoured my last piece.
Dragon Age: Origins has such an unparalleled vibe. I remember loving this game (got the plat on ps3) but playing it all these years later and falling in love with it all over again is incredible.
It took a little work but I’ve gotten Dragon Age: Origins to control pretty much as it does on consoles! Not sure why it’s listed as “unsupported” 🤔 I’m about 3 hours in with no issues!

Something that gets left out of the equation with the Steam Machine dialogue is the cost over time. The cheapest PS5 you’re able to purchase with no disc drive and the essential tier of PS+ is $680 plus tax . If you had that console and the subscription for 4 more years it would total $1000.
Indiana Jones and the Great Circle COMPLETE! Amazing story and characters that rival the movies but the moment to moment gameplay and puzzles could be frustrating at times. Good game though and absolutely gorgeous!
Platinum 57!! Wuchang Fallen Feathers Not many soulslike games outside of those made by FromSoftware appeal to me but Wuchang is incredible! Highly recommend if you’re a fan of the genre 🌟
I missed one collectible in Wuchang and now I’ve got to do a half playthrough to get it 😭
Someone please tell me which deity I must pray to in order for Metal Gear Rising to go on sale during the Steam Summer Sale 🙏

Monochrome Monday 🖤🤍 Been a while since a showed my face on here. Been touching a lot of grass lately. The weather has been absolutely stunning so the wife and I are making the most of it on our bikes and in the garden 🪴 🚲 🌞
My wife and I just bought each other our anniversary presents 😊 We invested in some higher end bicycles because we always used to ride together but the last couple years have been busy and we retired our old bikes. So now all we want to do is ride but the next 10 days are looking rough 😭
Xbox had an incredible showcase! Really hope to see Clockwork Revolution and E-Day hit PS5 down the road, but if not I’ll just have to watch one of you awesome people stream it! Also got my preorders in…
