It was a beautiful sunny gardening day and my front yard is looking good corn, bean squash, tomatoes, beets, carrots, Swiss, chard, strawberries, mint, and thousands of wildflowers
Cut my load of vitamins and minerals with dinner wild caught scallops Swiss chard from my garden and a purée of sweet potato carrots and cauliflower was so good. Thought I’d share.
Growing food for students on campus is a joy many spaces can be put to good use. Algoma University corn circle and raised bed gardens tended by myself, my assistants and the AUSU student body. 31 mounds of corn beans and squash, and numerous raised beds with all kinds of veggies.
It was a beautiful day to work on the corn circle garden with 31 mounds of corn beans and squash, and the Algoma university student garden raised beds. Everything is now planted. We took a tour through the food. Forest to check on a few areas. had a great day.
The greenhouse field trial for my Terra Preta soils research at harvest Algoma Food bank, is now planted fully as of this morning. It went great. It’s so good to see everything thriving

I had a wonderful dinner. I had a baked and then stuffed sweet potato stuffed with sautéed mushrooms, garlic, spinach, onions, fresh basil, and a nice helping of fresh Swiss chard picked right from my window garden. :)
