Today is my 29th wedding anniversary. That seems like a lifetime ago. It didn’t end quite the way I thought would when I was 24. I did get the best part of him. Now I travel and spend time with him. I’m so lucky.
Roll cake for later. Roast in the oven. Going full English Sunday roast today. A month ago I was *in* England eating a Sunday roast. The potatoes were divine, trying to recreate those.

Two years ago I started chemotherapy. Today I skied 6 runs. Felt the snow under my skis for the first in 2 years. Recovery is possible.
