@inthewakeofdawn
don't call it a comeback. writer, poet, screamlord. it/its. that, if you're nasty.
it's giving guy in a dark club who i mistook for stone cold steve austin
i try not to think too much about the future of the mcu these days - and i haven’t thrown my hat in the ring on potential castings in a good few years but with the mcu x-men roster rumours boiling away, i would be remiss to not say that casting anyone other than levar burton as professor x is folly
this one? (i haven’t seen this movie, i just like solving mysteries)
picked this up yesterday on the recommendation of a friend and it reads like something @plaguingpossum.bsky.social and i would come up with after a bender of kentucky route zero, jg ballard, and raised by wolves i can't wait to find out what else is in here
whats up i dyed the bleach outta my hair and i rly dig it
in other news, i've been reading through the dc finest collection of the first couple years of batman comics and you know what fucking rules? comics
i've had a pretty big year, i had a pretty great birthday, i know it's a bit early for end-of-year reflections, but i took a lot of time and did a lot of work on myself and my relationships and i'm looking forward to continuing that in the new year, especially in relation to my creative work.
i had to google ethan van sciver to remind me of his name and, well guy's having a normal one this morning
i don't know if you know this, but comics are pretty cool. after spending most of this year reading every modern punisher comic, i've had a bit of a bug to get back into reading comics on my own terms, something i've struggled with for years.
what a wonderful time to be at the seaside with @axehandle.bsky.social
LIBERATION: a game of militarised destabilisation in space is primarily a hack of fantasy flight's star wars roleyplaying and west end games's d6 star wars combining elements of both with a skew towards a tactical skirmish game and i Finally finished taking notes on age of rebellion's core book
i recently got star wars: x-wing special edition running on my steam deck, which is simply a delightful experience as you can see, i'm still working my way through the x-wing historical missions having completed the x-wing training maze, which is a hell of a fun onboarding setup
hello, i haven't been around much. i've been busy this year working on myself, working on my health, working on my relationships, working on my writing. it's been a big year and a lot has happened and a lot has changed, mostly for the better despite all difficulties. so hi, i'm doing okay
proof of haircut moments before disaster (scottish weather)
i look like death, i haven't slept, i'm recovering from a three day flu, i'm having the worst allergies but god my hair is immaculate
@axehandle.bsky.social and i went to the wrestling and i am no longer mentally ill
wally wood on daredevil is some all time great pages, which makes a lot of sense given its wally wood
cool that the daredevil show is coming back for people who like that kind of thing but it's got me reading the epic collections and there's just nothing they can do to match this
