St. Paul MN. Leftist, AUDhD, quirky lurky resource guy. We need community networking, mutual aid, and radical empathy.
St. Paul, let's show up on Tuesday and at the city council meeting on Wednesday, July 15 at 3:30 at the council chambers at City Hall. Demand no evictions!
Yo, there's a neighbor over in Minneapolis who could use some help. They escaped the trans nightmare in TX and are helping others do the same, and coordinated a snow-shoveling collective to raise funds. They continue to show up every day for their friends & neighbors. Venmo @cobalt50501
Yeah, exactly. The bridge over 94, Prior, and the Cleveland and Carroll crossings would be the bigger lifts, but pretty much using unused space along the railway there.
But rainbow boas are so iridescent and cool to look at and some can be friendly and oh that rainbow boa
If you see this plane, say something. It's been seen in the twin cities the last few days.
Really doubting anyone is a leftist if they can’t be bothered to include the millions of people with mental illness in their word choice. We don’t leave people behind. It’s not hard.
Oh, go crash another aircraft. You already broke an airplane, go break your helicopters.
Let’s be clear. There are some nonprofits working in this area with a VERY clear sexual violence prevention focus and have resources for partners and families on prevention. They have operating hours, they’re understaffed, and the best they could do is refer the caller to resources.
Sure, do you know how many war crimes we committed in the 90s? We killed around 200,000 civilians just in the Gulf war. We bombed hospitals, power plants, and more. It’s not that hard to look up. I don’t see the EU closing airspace today.
On the conservative side, we can definitely call the State Patrol's 100K estimate garbage because even if you mess around, it's way more than 100K. And that's just the capitol, not all the local ones, and the honking, and everything else all around the state.
Yeah, NWS has upped the estimate to 14-22 for St. Paul with blowing snow.
You would think they could find a cheaper method of drawing things in the sky. This costs $500+ an hour.
This isn't *quite* why our flight trackers watch the skies. But hey, we'll take their picture and suggest where they can fly their harassment equipment.
Anyone in Detroit, I'd keep an eye on whether this is normal. See also: globe.adsbexchange.com?icao=20c462,...
Is this for maintenance, or are they harassing other folks now? globe.adsbexchange.com?icao=a17016
By the way, if the helicopters aren't enough for you, you're being watched. By Ring, sure, but also by Flock - which is ICE and law enforcement. deflock.org/map
This ordinance has explicit exceptions for N95, gas, and other protective equipment. Oh, and when they're undercover or doing tactical operations. It's performative, folks. stpaul.legistar.com/LegislationD...
Oh look, pigs being racist again. I'm sure circling a neighborhood with a helicopter at 2400 feet and getting Ring video from nearby folks (did they ask?) totally makes people feel safer. Black clothing, black people, black ski masks. Suure Jan.
I dunno, I think they're both a little... what's the word I'm looking for without being rude...
Noise complaint? There's stuff for that! Thanks @silentmachine.bsky.social for starting this! 651-224-4306 (St. Paul Chamber of Commerce) 202-267-3521 & 9-AWA-NoiseOmbudsman@faa.gov (FAA noise complaints) metroairports.org/community (Metropolitan Airports Commission noise complaints)
