Made Pasta Carbonara tonight, managed to not scramble the eggs. Unfortunately ended up a bit too salty because the pancetta I used wasn't the best. Intend to try again with high quality guanciale next time. (Also noodles are gluten free fresh noodles from Taste Republic)

Timeline cleanse: Our dogs keep assuming that anything @washoensis.bsky.social is holding might be a treat or toy. Kasey especially tends to fall for this and keeps accepting anything Sage hands her and walking off with it. This even works if Sage isn't holding anything and just offers a thumb.

@washoensis.bsky.social and I went down to Seaside, FL for a wedding over the weekend, and our travel there was such a nightmare. Flight circled over ECP for a bit and then went back to Atlanta, and we had to spend the night in the Atlanta airport.

A flight path that starts in Atlanta, flies down to the Florida panhandle, circles around a bit and eventually goes back to Atlanta.
