It’s not just heat. We’re in central Minnesota and our street flooded for the first time. We’ve been in our home for 21 years. Nothing like this has ever happened. Nothing to see here….right?

I remember this very clearly as he always reminded me of my dad. I was traveling across Nebraska with my 4-year-old to visit my sister when it broke. 25 years later I am dog-sitting her two ding dong dogs while she travels around Greece with her daughter. Me with my dad in December 1973. ❤️

Everyone told us not to get a Jack Russell. This is Buster. He passed almost 10 years ago and I still miss the boy. He was the laziest, funniest rascal, best buddy I’ve ever had. ❤️
