First time making a meatloaf!!! It came out pretty well. Which is good because I'm going to be eating it for awhile.

It's not really frozen yet but of course I have to try some.... It's not my favorite, but it's pretty good for modifying the recipe. (Fuck you peppermint, I want REGULAR mint) Also I swapped the little chocolate mints for the legally distinct thin mints.
