1/ I wanted to share just how powerful an experience it was for me to ride in Saturday’s DC Pride Parade. Riding in passenger seat as I was, my main job along the parade route honestly involved waving to, and interacting with, the passing crowds. It seemed simple, even frivolous.

1/ Just got back from voting in the People’s Republic of Montgomery County and it was deeply transphobic. One of the offices was Democratic Central Committee. Bad enough that you must balance your selections based on gender. This year a nonbinary candidate is running. Of course I voted for them
