Two promising teenagers bought from the French league. Starkly different coverage. One is presented as a star already. The other one was branded a failure (he went on to score 14 including an FA Cup semi final winner at Wembley) His crime? He was bought by Manchester United
I’d throw the cash book at Mateus Fernandes, Alex Scott and Lewis Hall. Kobbie is already there. Sorts out 3/4 of the team.
Talking as if we didn’t watch Saliba hit Bayindir’a elbow then shove him before Calafiori scored. And there are several instances of Arsenal fouling players on corners and getting away with it across this season
You are telling me that Manchester United are 60 minutes away from confirming Champions League football for next season?
If I ever become this powerful, I’m forcing everyone to use figtree.
Trying to lay out a page for the plantation's annual report. Halfway through laying out this page, I realize I'm dealing with a design dilemma because the image is so good and perfectly fits your vision but it is not the main story 😭
How do you read my comment and come up with the idea that I thought Reagan was a great president? My point was that since Bush 1, the two women who’ve run for President have had better CVs than the men who’ve been elected presidents since. FWIW, Reagan was awful president
On the flip side, the goal nets at Euro 2025 in Switzerland follow the major tournament template. On a scale of 1 to Vicarage Road 2017 goal nets, it’s a solid 7.5. Not too far from perfection.
That's one. He's by far one of the better footballers in the squad but age means he can't do the things he's asked to do. Also, for someone we saw essentially die on a football pitch, it's been great seeing him get back to playing PL level. Wish him well
Every time a CAF delegation visits Kenya to inspect the preparations for hosting the tournament, they meet a new CS. There'll be another new CS in place when CHAN kicks off later this year 😂😂😂
Just finished up John Bercow's chapter on Brexit. He hated Theresa May's guts. "It's hard to overstate just how dreadful, how diabolical and how disastrous Theresa May's leadership was" "...the worst communication skills I have ever seen in any British PM in my lifetime" LMFAO
In the age of media convergence, it was really brave of Standard Group to attempt a 24 hour news channel. But the market is the market. Perhaps this could stop the bleeding.
Always remember, Man City's "success" has been anchored on financial doping orchestrated by a petro-state with dubious human rights record.
