The only figure from the TMNT x GI Joe line I wanted was Scarlett April. I figured she could work as Remastered April. Here’s the problem though: she’s TYNAAAAY. Note, Donatello is a bit further from the camera than April, who’s probably headed back to the store.

In case you’re actually asking, the character in your image is Bluto. He only became Brutus, seen below, when King Features was making its own cartoons and mistaking thought Paramount owned the name Bluto.
