Steam train ride yesterday! I stood at the door most of the time both there and back, so I'm evenly cooked!
Another trip to Kennedy Space Center's Visitor Complex today! Had a visiting friend that wanted to go, so I took them!
A couple pics from the Falcon Heavy launch yesterday. A sonic boom from one of the boosters landing caused a panel to fall and shatter on the ground.
A couple pics from Epic Universe today! It was hot as hell, but managed to get a nap in during a storm. Even rode Stardust Racers for the first time. That's a wild ride, and it left me with a headache! It also got stuck right after I hopped off!
Tailgunner position in a B-25 is probably one of the best views you can get!
Got to ride in the B-25 Mitchell today at the airshow. I even got to go into the tail gunners position, where the view was ASTONISHING. Would do again.
Happy birthdaaaay! I hope you have a good one with lots of delicious cake (or other preferred dessert)!
It's been one hell of a ride, but I can't wait for the next one! Welcome back Artemis II!
I forgot to post one more Artemis II related thing, and that was this awesome pic done by @justcallmeblaze.bsky.social! A lot of this was actually her idea, because as usual, I had no idea what I wanted for a comm, and she did a great job!
A VERY shortened video I managed to whip up of the Artemis II launch. The sound waves are so intense it's shaking my camera lens. The same sound waves are also bouncing off the VAB (to my right), which is what's creating the chirping noise.
It's (hopefully) launch day! I got my food and coffee ready because it's gonna be a long one!
Here! Have a couple sunrises. I try to take a picture of ones I see from the office.
A great sunrise followed by a rainy launch. Shame they didn't send it up earlier!
A couple pictures from the zoo this weekend! It was a bit humid, but it was still a blast! First time going since I've lived here.
Absolutely STUNNING launch this morning with one of the best "Jellyfish" effects I've seen in a loooooong time!
A couple pictures from the Crew 12 launch to the ISS this morning. Complete with a boost back jellyfish and one of the crispiest double sonic booms I've ever heard!
Went to Animal Kingdom with some friends a couple day ago. Here's a couple pictures! I would post more but Bsky doesnt like when I attach more than 2 photos in a post from my phone. All and all it was an absolute blast, and I got to ride Dinosaur before it's dismantled!
