Went into a pet shop to buy a goldfish. The assistant asked if I wanted an aquarium. I told her I didn't care what star sign it was. Stupid film rec, as I got reminded of it yesterday, is Blind Fury. Rutger Hauer as a blind samurai. It's TRASH. And have a photo of my two dingoes.

Did some work on walking to heel in the park. Rewarded myself by training the pups to be chill and quiet in the pub over a cold pint.

Took the pups out, and met someone coming the other way who greeted the smallest as "Hello little Harry Potter dog" Hed obviously met her a month or so ago when her specs were more distinct.

Took the pups out for about seven miles today, stopping for a rehydration (pint) break halfway round. Think they're a little tired.

Pup is getting too big to curl up on my lap in the pub. Just look at him. He's the Platonic ideal of DOG.

For the past week we've been working on the assumption that our little girl on the left is small for a Welsh collie. They've just been for their jabs, and the vet reckons she's fine, and the boy is just going to be an absolute beast. 😄

These two little knobheads turned up in the house yesterday. 10 week old Welsh Sheepdogs. I'll confess. I'm a little in love.

There were no seals off the pier this morning, although the sea looked like glass. Last run around my home town for a while. Might drop by en route to Edinburgh for the Mara in May.

Lost my StepMum suddenly after Xmas. Went to her Funeral today, and my StepBrother in law slid something into my pocket as we walked into the service. My dad's old Zippo. Proper knocked me sideways.

There's worse places to go for a run. Can't believe the "long" walks I used to take my dog on are less than 5k. Had to do a lap of the town walls to make up the distance.

There's worse places to have gone for a run this morning. Paths were too icy, so five laps of Seaburn beach had to do it. SO MANY GOOD DOGS!
