Look for phenol or benzocaine. Or really high menthol. Zinc also helps but has potential side effects (loss of smell/taste. It’s really weird) that could go permanent. Yes I’ve tried them all. Acid reflux caused damage so I’m sensitive to cough. I don’t drink a lot before bed now. Careful. 💜
