Ed and Connor made their way down to the lower deck, where the single-room bathrooms were located. Thankfully, the room wasn’t too unbearably small, so Connor was able to stand at a slight distance behind Ed to give him his privacy while he took a leak. Ed zipped up and stepped in front of the sink to wash his hands. “Alright, mate, you can go ahead.”

So excited to be working on my first #ofmdRBB and to share my second #WIPwednesday from my story! This one is very different from the coffee boys, that's for sure. Can't wait to share what @jammydormouse.bsky.social and I have for you. 😊

It was just little things that the average person probably wouldn’t even notice, but that the piranhas at this school would be on in an instant. There had been whispers that the school was going to start offering up scholarships to underserved students in an effort to start collecting government funds, like their coffers weren’t already full enough. But never in Stede’s wildest dreams had he thought that anyone was dumb enough to subject their own child to that.

It suddenly occurred to Stede that he was finally no longer at the bottom of the social ladder. This poor bastard was. Except, surprisingly, it didn’t make him feel happy. It just broke his heart.

Happy Rex Manning Day to all those who celebrate!
