All right, artist pals, what are we using for a fixative spray for pencil drawings? There are too many options and I can’t decide. 🤓 I’m using these little SOHO Brick mixed media sketchbooks and I love them, except for how easily graphite smudges on the paper.

SHE’S FINISHED! My 5-foot-long Enterprise D oil painting is complete after nearly 100 hours of work! I remember being 13 years old or so and trying to draw her and it was so hard, and all I wanted was to be able to do something like this. Truly a dream come true. 🥰🖖

I immediately thought of Delacroix when I read that Minnesotans were building barricades… The last few weeks have been dark and heavy, but the resilience and bravery shown by the people of Minneapolis has been a bright light in the midst of it all. We need to look for the light.
