No recipe just a pot with washed & diced feijoa with skin on, I did about 1kg, onions x 4 large, Indian spices, white vinegar about 2 cups, some brown sugar about 1 C then cook for at least an hour to break it all down into a delicious mixture. Adjust seasonings and done 😬.

The pride parade in Ponsonby yesterday was beautiful. Streets full of happy people, chatting with friends & neighbours, the marchers expressing themselves freely & generously. It was a great community experience. Tammi should shut up & sit down. We’ve ALL had enough of his hate.
