More than 30 years! In 1959 H-bomb physicist Edward Teller warned the American Petroleum Institute of "chemical contamination of the atmosphere" by heat-trapping CO2. By 2000, cars must be powered by H fuel cells, or by direct conversion of sunlight to electricity or all coastal cities would drown.
