🚵♀️+🌄 Today was long route high intensity bike ride day. Gen Z Elliot joined me and was ready to go! Fabulous ride!
🏋️♂️+🚵♀️+🌅 Gym day was strenuous, bike ride was good. Gen Z Elliot and I sitting around yesterday. He makes me laugh with his Gen Z innocence. I make him laugh probably because of his Gen Z innocence.
🏋️♂️+🚵♀️+🌅 Good Gym day and bike ride. Hanging out with Gen Z Elliot at the pool. He’s always the perfect young gentleman. Str8 but very open minded.
🏋️♂️+🌅 Housekeeper day so spent half the day working out and was then attacked by some flying bug the size of a 777. It clearly wanted to land in my hair.
🏋️♂️+🚵♀️+🌅 It’s very much a MCM as clouds roll in for the afternoon. Nonetheless, great Gym and bike ride.
🚵♀️+🌄 Long bike ride as the sun rose on another beautiful day. Time now for rest and recovery.
🚵♀️+🌄 Dawn bike ride, already 27c @ 6 am but a warm, lovely breeze blew and Elliot followed my on my longest weekend bike route. So I added my daily route to the end since he’s young.
🏋️♂️+🏃♂️+🌄 Extra long workout, the Boy Squad was following me around and they wanted a show. Then went jogging with Gen Z Elliot. He has such a sweet, gentle soul.
🏋️♂️+🚵♀️+🌄 Great workout then biked under a sunny blue 43c sky at 8 am! It felt wonderful, a warm breeze blew. I drink it all in because you never know if that beautiful sunrise will be the last you see.
🏋️♂️+🚵♀️+🌅 Good Gym day. The Norseman, a blond 6’10” BB, smiled and winked at me. Went on 41c bike ride with Elliot before it heats up to 43c. Gen Z Elliot doesn’t understand the Millennial bike I’m loaning him so he has lots of little breakdowns. Shifting gears is not his specialty.
🏋️♂️+🚵♀️+🌄 A very intense workout followed by a really good bike ride. Physically, I’m much stronger than I’ve been since my late twenties. Stamina is iffy, I’d say I’d be competitive but there’s nothing like youth. No point in kidding yourself too much.😂
🏋️♂️+🚵♀️+🌄 Great gym day but I’m missing MC a lot. It’s good for both of us that he’s gone. Great bike ride but 42c is a bit warm for some. Hydration is today’s goal.
🚵♀️+🌄 Went riding at dawn with Gen Z Elliot while it was only 32c (43+ by noon). I decided to do my longer weekend route, which is a two hour ride. My serotonin kicked in halfway through and it was a fun and memorable ride!
🚵♀️+🌅 Took Elliot along on my medium-long weekend bike route. We rode as the sun rose, the blue sky appeared, and lots of other people walked and jogged by, everyone savoring a beautiful summer morning.
🏋️♂️+🏃♂️+🌅 Great gym day followed by a jog with Gen Z Elliot under a sunny blue sky. What a wonderful life.

🏋️♂️+🚵♀️+🌅 Great gym day followed by a fun bike ride under a sunny 40c+ sky. I loved the feeling of the hot wind on my face.

🌅 Happy Sunday All. Today is a Rest and Recovery Day. I’d rather be biking, but I’m listening to my body. I’ll play with Gen Z Elliot instead.
🚵♀️+🌄 Fabulous sunrise bike ride, lots of joggers and walkers out before the 41c heat takes hold.
🏋️♂️+🛒+🚵♀️+🌅 Off to gym, grocery shopping then bike or jog. Gen Z Elliot helped me this week. Such a sweet, innocent young guy.
🏋️♂️+🚵♀️+🌅 great gym day, followed by bike ride under a pale blue sunny sky. My neighbor, Gen Z Elliot, helps me with wardrobe adjustments to make sure my Bsky Morality Monitor, Mother Theresa, doesn’t label me.
🏋️♂️+🌅 Great gym day. Elliot is helping me make sure all is appropriate for the morality sensor. He says it’s all fine.
🏋️♂️+🚵♀️+🌅 Gen Z Elliot biked with me. As he trundles past, it becomes obvious that he intends to stay in one gear. The slowest. For the entire ride.😳
🏋️♂️+🚵♀️+🌅 Great gym day then biked under a sunny blue sky. I have defined goals and work every day to reach them.
🚵♀️+🌄 The sun rose and shined brightly on my morning bike ride. I live a great life.
🏋️♂️+🚵♀️+🌄 Gym, bike under a beautiful sunny sky. Gym manager told me MC transferred to a different location nearer the house he and his live in GF bought. MC is gone. Elliot is consoling me but I’m actually glad this chapter in my life has ended.
🏋️♂️+🛒+🚵♀️+🌅 Fun day so far. Gym, grocery shopping, bike ride under a sunny blue sky. Now doing a bit of work and looking forward to the weekend!
