Was lucky enough to meet Laverne Cox today before hearing her speak as the final part of her book tour What struck me was the three sections of her book: "What's wrong with me?" "What happened to me?" "What's right with me?" I feel like I'm finally starting that third chapter...🤞

I've really been enjoying all the art therapy parts of therapy 1. A representation of the pain I'm feeling 2. Tearing up negative thoughts into "stained glass" & drawing something positive over it (Pixel of course) 3-4. A "value stone" to depict what values are most important to us 💖

Last night my friends hosted a "Meals on Wheels" themed costume party, where they collected money for a local food bank I came up with my idea one hour before the event, and sometimes that's when genius strikes I spent 5 hours having a hundred different gays offering to toss my salad 😂🥗
