For most of 30 years, THIS has been my practice. Usually, 3 #bike rides a week—nowadays sometimes 4. Consistently. In all seasons, all temps, in all weather (yes, storms, too sometimes). Not on a whim. Working around inconvenient schedules. Night rides for years. FUN ALMOST EVERY TIME.🚴♂️ @BikePush
#PastureScenes late morning way back there at Longview Cattle Farm with Geneva & Nova having a Mama/daughter moment by the pond. 🐂 I relaxed quite awhile with them.
Spent time again this evening, walked down the rock outcrop to a favored location in #PeachtreeCity. There's even a golf cart on the bridge spanning Flat Creek. I enjoy the scenery, the creek, the trees along the creek, little fish in the water, and birds flying up and down Flat Creek.
