I decided to sell my Nikon Z6 III and get the FujiFilm X-E5! I can’t wait to hit the streets tomorrow. The Z6 III is toooo big and slightly intimidating for street photography.
I just finished watching “Good luck, have fun, don’t die”; it was a good movie. A man comes back from a dystopian future, an AI Dominated world, to stop AI, social media and algorithms from taking over the planet.

I’ve really found a love for black and white images; removing color strips the images down to its bare essentials: light, shadow, texture, & composition. Without color we’re free to focus on emotion, atmosphere, expressions and more. The light and shadows are the main characters. #StreetPhotography
On last Friday Donald Trump ordered the Parks Service to tear down the infamous Peace Vigil that has been standing outside of the White House for over 4 decades. The anti war vigil was started in 1981 by activist William Thomas.

While editing this photo I kept looking at the skyline and felt that the story wasn’t in One World Trade Center nor any of the surrounding skyscrapers. The story for me was in the smaller buildings surrounding it, the ferry and the dock. What do you think? #photography #StreetPhotography
