I gave a talk yesterday to math and computer sciences students at UWaterloo and I got this as a gift! The einstein tile is so cool and I don’t even know why I find this discovery so interesting.
So clearly there must have been an evolutionary* mechanism that allows for two hearts, but needs to coordinate the flow, kind of like power systems. I am thinking something like this: *[This begs another question. Did humans or horses evolve into centaurs?]
