Another weekend another day of listening and watching the Air Boss fleet fight a fire across the Lake (Okanagan) from us. This one started late at night so resources were delayed. On it now truly talented pilots. #ThankAFirefighter

My husband is over at my son's place feeding the animals. He lives directly across the Lake from the Fintry fire. This was how it looked about 30 minutes ago (about 8:30pm) Let's hope the cooler weather helps tonight

We just had a fire start across the lake from us. Within 45 minutes we had a team of Air Boss water bombers and two or three fire retardant planes attacking the fire.

Do not...I repeat DO NOT touch any snack in the hotel room. It's on sensors. My DIL (when she worked there) delivered this to us for Valentine's Day. We moved stuff in the fridge to keep things cold....good thing we knew staff 😉

I absolutely love this for my almost 7 year old granddaughter. I am buying used hockey skates for her. Unheard of in my generation. My friend's daughter (almost 13) has PWHL aspirations and I'm so pleased for both girls...all girls that can choose to play. Totally her pink dress and hockey pads

Bunny is done except for the face. I really am not fond of embroidering the eyes and nose but it's for a baby...no safety eyes (the safety is a lie). Now the duck was a joy to make. Now to make a white gosling (same pattern) #Crochet #Amigurami

I've crocheted since I was 17. Discovered Amigurami about 2 years ago. It's fun with the right pattern The turtles take just under an hour.

June 2021 my son's dog had a litter of puppies. Sept they decided to keep one. He and his mom lived a good life. This past Monday one of the puppies (now 5) returned and now there are 3. Poor Baloo his owner passed away but he will be loved by all. Baloo next to the tire Sarge is the black puppy

Oh so cute. I just came back from the Coast with about $200 in yarn. My SIL is expecting so I have a few to make for her. I had to buy lavender yarn for Maribel's Hippo. I got him half done...brought him home to put on the eyes and finish him. Love this pattern. In awe of sellers
