I have this extension that completely replaces all thumbnails on youtube with a screengrab of what is in the video. What's funny about is sometimes I get gems for thumbnails. For example, this is the generated thumbnail Markiplier's Iron Lung video and it is one of the most fitting thumbnails ever.
