Pog climbed Alpe d'Huez faster than anyone else in history yesterday. He did this on stage 19 after another full day of racing. And *30 minutes* faster than me (and I did it fresh after a croissant in Bourg d'Oisans)! 🤣
Queen stage today at the Tour de France. It's an epic. The climbs are glorious. Grab a cuppa and get it on TV - it's a majestic loop ❤️

This bit made me giggle. Would hope that most people agree that having a strong London is good for the UK. But it should also be the case that London competing with Manchester is better than competing with Paris. London could look to develop it's own new specialism too, right?
