Whenever my mom (now 83) goes back home to St Stephen, NB area to visit her sisters she brings me back a couple of poutine rapees (potato dumplings stuffed w/ chicken/salt pork) & Pal-O-Mine candy bars. My memere, her mom, made these poutines every holiday season. #Canada #PoutineRapees #Pal-O-Mine
