If/when we get Injustice 3, a Sonic character should be a guest fighter. It would be a great way to capitalize on the current Sonic/DC crossovers. But instead of Sonic himself, probably Knuckles or Shadow. If they can’t make it into Smash, this will be the next best thing.
I think it would be dope if the Sonic movies adapted the Metal Virus arc from IDW as their big finale.
