Here’s one with the crest on display

I’m getting into this baking lark since I went to a 3 day working week, here’s a nice Victoria Sponge I made the other day.

I’ve just made my first Focaccia, sun dried tomatoes and rosemary on the left, olives and rosemary on the right, pre and post baked. They look marvellous, now for the taste test.

My Pizza stone just split in half in the very hot oven, is there a way to prevent this? Dampening it down or soaking it before it goes in the over or something else? Anyway my Pizza survived

I’ve just made my first ever batch of baguettes, 4 only par baked and are destined for the freezer. They’re delicious and I’m very proud of myself.🧑‍🍳

Just got the baguettes out the oven, the 4 are only par baked for 7 mins and are going in the freezer. I’m happy with them, they look okay for a first effort.
