There are acceptable days, good days, memorable days, great days, transcendent days. and then there are days when you take your son to see your favorite band, which is (for now) also his favorite band.
If you have a screens-and-office type of job, I cannot recommend highly enough spending one day each weekend outside, ideally somewhere beyond phone reception, doing manual labour. Bonus shot of a stone wall built (probably) in the mid-to-late 17th C, without power tools, standing strong.
