I might be taking organization and cable management a little too far in our new (rented) Philly row house.
This picture is the living room and kitchen of a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment in Williamsburg, Brooklyn (south side). I’m fairly certain the rendered table by the window on the right can’t physically fit in that space. Price for this minuscule living space? $3850 per month!
So instead of calling Trump confused or erratic, The NY Times went with this instead.
NYC landlords have taken people’s preferences for an “open concept” to simply mean that they can cram a living room into the space that formerly was only a kitchen. And then I suppose they turn the former living room into a second bedroom. This 2 bedroom is $3150 per month.
