I am in my digital nomad stage, call it a MLC. Creative, running hiker with a travel addiction a laboratory fascination and a very long MDK list.
Today I'm grateful for a really frustrating day trying to learn and apply new stuff in excel and QGIS. It's getting easier, I think.
Today I'm grateful for doing something nice for someone. For routine. For walking in the sun.
Today I'm grateful for not wanting to run but going out and walking it. Mostly because I get to listen to audible books when I go wandering and I was really into my book.
Today I'm grateful for again the short week 2 days at the office should be standard. Also a sunny lunch walk.
Today I'm grateful for a short work week. Or at least office week.
Today I'm grateful for my patented cure for a meltdown. I have 6 weeks left and about 10 weeks of actual work to fit in. Everything is fine.
Today I'm grateful for more river runs. Gaza news, even if its horrendous at least my friends are alive. A balanced day.
Today I'm grateful for still having a heart to crush. Lots of bad news from Gaza. Isreal continues to slaughter folks, to starve them to force them into inhumane choices. Grateful I have a voice and won't have to answer for silence.
Today I'm grateful for finding my over priced hotchocolate powder comes with mini mini marshmallows.
Today I'm grateful for nice after work wander. All the traditional outfits and dancers and singers out for the Korean president visit.
Today I'm grateful for the new appartement fan and lightning in the air.
Bugger. Maybe I wasn't grateful yesterday.... um yesterday I should have been grateful for chitchatty lunch, getting most of the work done.
Today I'm grateful for silence and no talking. Staying home, catching up. Provincial Rhubarb jam and sour creme.
Yesterday was a long drive day 11 hours. Unpacked and crashed out. Grateful for hours of beautiful scenery and some regional market shopping.
Almost like having his photo taken was too much two bear.... I didn't even explain the bears in the alt text.... Three museum was really dark, so the gull also looks a bit psycho.
Today I'm grateful for surviving the week and a sightseeing trip as a last day gift to myself, and continuing adventures in bad stuffed animals. They even stuffed a seagull... although apparently its a specific Mongolian gull, not a seagull
Today I'm grateful for a long, but productive day. Finding a bakery. Maybe being ok at my job.
Today I'm grateful for not 1 but 2 stunning walks, and Refinding my hotel. But today, the airak found me.
Travel tip 101. When going for a walk in a new city where you don't speak the language. Always drop a pin on your map, or start a GPS track else you might find yourself leaning on wet paint by a river 45 mins later wondering where the feck you left the hotel at.
Today I'm grateful for small wins... the hotel internet is connecting today. In pj's by 18:30 and planing to talk to nobody until tomorrow. Hot chocolate and spicy buldak
Today I'm grateful for beautiful drive. Rain shafts, sunshine and lightning. Horses in lakes and rivers. Camels. Eagles. It's really fairly pretty.
Today I'm grateful for knowing so many inspiring, comforting, helpful folks. Some folks aren't in your life long enough, it can be easy to take the regular moments for granted only to realise how lucky you are when there arent any more.
Today I'm grateful for new nature magic. The tree seeds are so thick and floaty it looks like snow.
Ooops trading at ai instead of being grateful. I was grateful for evening chit chat with a stick friend who is in the mend. So happy to hear she's feeling better and making plans.
