After the excitement and joy-filled tears of a positive pregnancy test, representing the successful transfer of our last embryo, things changed. The first ultrasounds, a heartbeat that was difficult to detect and then slow, unexpected spotting, then silence. It meant the end of our journey building our family.

It was not the plan. A page was turned. It has been a year of moving on, growth and wonder, and great expectation.

We are excited for what is to come. We are an Easter people.

I also bought Volume I of /Every Moment Holy/ and have found some great prayers for me to use during the authorized intercessions portion of the Office. The way some people pray novenas for others, the Morning Coffee prayer is something I gladly pray for others
