I climbed a 5.11c once. Free soloed it but only because the crux was 12 feet off the ground and I didn’t want to jump back down and it was 40 feet of 5.7 max from there to the top. The route was downgraded to 5.11b.
Those look great! Did you steam them in a basket over boiling water? My first attempt wasn’t great but plan to remedy that tomorrow, since I bought all of the ingredients.
