If you’re enjoying the Kid Mayor vibe, you need to watch DAVE (1993). It’s a guaranteed mood boost.
I adore when a Wikipedia article is like “this city LOVES trying to burn down.”
Ornithologist: The Dee-Meter is the number of “dees” a chickadee assigns to a given threat. My brain: Yes, this makes sense.
I keep finding the same number of beads every day??? Which shouldn’t be possible???
And I will keep doing it! If flawed characters have zero fans, then I am dead.
This is the most homoerotic action movie I’ve seen yet, and that is an extremely competitive field!
“Let people enjoy things!” No, I will not. Let animals survive things.
I got locked out for a few hours due to the age verification testing they were running on here, but I’m back and fired up to repost the most smut humanly possible.
There’s a preteen anole lizard taking a nap outside my window. (I won’t really hold it. But I want to! But I won’t.)
Name a film with a title that is a full sentence. Barb and Star Go To Vista Del Mar.
Murdock’s outfit for dinner at a fancy restaurant (everyone else is in suits)! He really was my blueprint.
I saw Juno Temple in the trailer for GOOD LUCK HAVE FUN DON’T DIE and squealed “Fargo season 5!” A legend.
Sitting pretty at the intersection of father’s day and Pride (M. Gustav is the bisexual dad who stepped up): my all-time favorite movie, THE GRAND BUDAPEST HOTEL.
I had so much fun with this documentary (streaming free with ads on Tubi). I am so glad I have the opposite of collector’s brain because I almost had to fast forward all the enormous displays of their collections. Or maybe I’ve just had to move too many times, idk, but it made me stressed!
I enjoyed this one! A hapless stoner helps a ghost cop solve a series of murders. It’s not gory at all and it’s gay and funny. Streaming free with ads on Tubi.
Lord of the Rings makes a great autumn movie marathon, but OUTERLANDS (2025) is a queer coming of age (in middle age) movie with a trans nonbinary main character so it would be better for a Pride movie list.
