Jezza twisted my arm and told me all the cool lardies are over here. Wargamer, a little TTRPG, occasional painter. Historical, fantasy and sci-fi.
So these are the witches for the first scenario, from eureka miniatures. Haven't worked out all the others but have some 3d printed goblin types for red caps.
Some flags of war, border reivers, mustering to tackle some Devilry Afoot in the haunted glens of Auchenshoogle.
If you see thi, post a magic user. No rules, any system, any race. #oathsworn
Wee bit of hobvy time this morning and got an AP Military shader wash on the early war fallschirmjager platoon. Baby steps. Still can't take photos, but I also can't paint.
Delivery yesterday from @flagsofwar.bsky.social a few border reivers for Devilry Afoot.
Arrived here too! Lovely work @ioanmakesgames.bsky.social a great achievement getting this funded and published.
Calling it done on the heroquest stand-ins, pig-orcs, goblins and some lizard folk (proxy for Fimir) all from Fat Dragon Games. Zombies were freebies on myminifactory. And some monsters/aliens potentially for some in person Traveller at end of Aug. All printed on an A1 mini.
Nice article Kev! Twilight 2k handles this quite well, similar to your mention of Mausritter, gear section has slots, so each slot can take an item of size/weight 1 or four of 1/4 etc. I quite like this idea, very tweakable for better bags or clothes with more pockets etc
Quick tinkercad session and I've got single tile doors and a simple way of showing them as open or closed. Test print worked so onto a batch print now!
3d printing and painting for Heroquest. Yes I realise this is rather mental.
A small distraction. Attempted to model Koral (whom I am playing) from @svelhlaupr.bsky.social Runequest campaign. Victrix gaul's sprue and a bad paint job 👍
Hell yeah! Fantastic work @toofatlardies.bsky.social this looks brilliant.
Just finished flocking some modular ones. Need to do tufts and bushes next.
I may have slightly lost my mind. Have been tinkering with Forager/WaC and now added in the activation mechanism from @roundwoodsworld.bsky.social When the last sword is drawn. It works rather nicely.
Maybe one for @battlegames.bsky.social a wee ebay bargain that I picked up for less than £2.
A wee play about using what a cowboy rules. Very versatile. Reckon it'll work with some napoleonic/forager flavour mixed in.
Finally based the forager figures. They'll be on the table soon I hope. The mat is too dark so will need to come up with something lighter in future.
Painted up some werewolves using @sonicsledgehammer.bsky.social guide from a few months back. Super helpful.
Lovely book and handouts from @patchworkfez.bsky.social only had a quick flick through but looks very good.
I've taken a slightly different route. 3d printing the board, will use @heresyminis.bsky.social figures for the hero's and a variety of options for monsters.
Delightful package from the redoutable @heresyminis.bsky.social some big monsters and some small(er) heroes. Huzzah!
Holy cthulhu this bad boy is HUUUUGE! Excellent sculpt and cast Mr Ian! @fenrisgames.com now to dig through the rest of the box.
