Stereo is being flakey in the Tercel soooo I fixed this one! Its older but has a more robust build quality. I’ll put it in once I tint the windows and replace the front speakers.
Dis boi went from Dominic to “Gato Chooma” Idk what “chooma” means but he responds to that more than his real name now thanks to my Dad :3
Shoulda done this sooner Hi! I’m Juno! Besides DJ posts I usually post random projects, tanuki thoughts, and stuff. I do more than DJ Disco, Im an amateur 3D modeler and make stuff for VRChat worlds and helped create Tanuki Tunes and Studio45 and hopefully more worlds in the future. Anyway welcome!

Extra footage of me trying out the latency in wireless pairing mode while screwing around with some garage. Its there but I feel like I compensated and got used to it after a bit but definitely have to be aware of it.
Allright did the test, focus on the hi-hats of the loop, when only running one there little to no lag. Once the second one is wirelessly connected there is a bit of latency, I guess they are trying to compensate by syncing them up and using some kind of delay. Heres a the vid with the demo.
12.) It may sound like I’m really talking up these onn speakers like they are hot stuff but to me they are the bare minimum for decent sound at a price most in the US can afford if parties are your thing. Friends know Ive tried to bring good sound to room parties and have been complemented for it!
11.) Garret Clairidge says it best haha. But for real these hateful things found on Temu or flea markets and discount stores are nothing but distortion and midrange. Your ears deserve marginally better. (Cont.)
10.)The reason I went down this rabbit hole in the first place is because id been going to conventions and room parties where the dj is actually pretty good but due to lack of knowledge or budget they blast their mix out of a small bluetooth speaker or something like this and think loud=good (cont.)
2.) All this for aboot the price of ONE JBL partybox 120 or 130. Its the bare minimum and it isint by any means professional but for like a pop up and can easily handle a small crowd It isn’t without faults, there a tiny amount of lag but at this price its not bad! Vid below
1.) Affordable Party System Bsky Thread Edition: - The Ingredient list - x2 onn Large Party Speaker - WalMart - Rockville RVES1 Speaker Stands - Amazon - 25’ 3.5mm to Stereo RCA Cable - Amazon - x2 25’ AC Cable non-polarized - Amazon Total Cost: approx $310~$390 (depends if speakers are on sale)
I hate to tease but im at work at the moment, but the build revolves around this speaker only available at Walmart. Im not shilling just at its sale price of like $100 its a steal. Ill explain my reasons and build later. Its a JBL partybox 120 at like 1/4 the the price.
So only swapped out the back speakers and holy shit. This sounds more than like the 20 watts the toyota headunit is putting out at most. It sounds like a solid 12” sub but its just two 6x9 speakers screwed onto the rear shelf. These shouldn’t slam this hard lol.
Question for bsky: Should the nugget get a 10 Disc CD Changer? I have one laying around and this might be a good fit for the nug.
