Today I just learned about the #StarshipTroopers OVA that came out in 1988, 9 years before the Paul Verhoeven film.
I like the trailer for “I PLAY ROCKY” but I can’t help but feel like it’s a cute way of remaking Rocky w/o remaking Rocky while also recreating scenes from Rocky.
Anthony Ippolito needs to do a project about the making of Taxi Driver and play De Niro or a project about the making of Saturday Night Fever and play John Travolta to complete his “70’s Italian American Actors in classic cinema” Trilogy.

Digging the first 3 episodes of #XMen97 season 2. As a long-time Jubilee fan, I thoroughly loved episode 2, and the Nate Summers stuff was surprisingly emotional.
I can watch a full episode of #MyAdventureswithSuperman of just Clark building his model farm. He’s that dorkable and charming.

#TheBear was the last show my best friend told me to watch before he passed away in 2022. It took me a year to finally watch it. As I’m about to watch the first episode of the last season, I’m getting mixed feelings about it….

NEW thought to add to this: Get Kenji Tanigaki to design the action scenes. No disrespect to his directing career ( The Furious is INCREDIBLE) but IMAGINE him designing battles with arrows and sword play. Patel is a huge action film fan so he would leave Tanigaki alone to do his thing.
SUGGESTION: I would love to see Dev Patel direct and star as Robin Hood. Make it FUN movie. Bring back the joy in the character but make it relevant. EMBRACE the EAT THE RICH theme of the concept.
It’s been weeks since I saw it and I still can’t get #ILoveBoosters out of my head. It’s officially my favorite film of the year.
I first saw Tsui Harks #TheBlade in high school…and let me tell ya, I wasn’t ready for that movie back then. I finally revisited it today and see it for what it is. It’s one of the most visually exciting wuxia movies. Incredible and inventive filmmaking, unique editing, and stunning action.
Ok here me out…but Jeremy Culhane should play Dave Filoni. In a skit on SNL? At a live event at Star Wars Celebration or SDCC? Look…I don’t care HOW I just need it to happen.
Absolutely stunned by this news. Go watch her brilliant film #Persepolis immediately if you haven’t. One of my favorite movies of all time.

First time seeing Hammer Films #Dracula (1958) aka Horror of Dracula I fucking get it now! Yes Lee is incredible as Dracula but CUSHING. Fucking CUSHING! Cushing as action hero Van Helsing! He rules! This is now one of my all time favorite Dracula movies.
I rewatched a personal favorite recently. #AKnightsTale greatest gift is this group of characters. Their chemistry was so great, I desperately wish there were more adventures with these characters and this cast.
It may just be a regular season of the show but as a movie… but it’s certainly an entertaining fun season of the show as a movie. Plenty of enjoyment for me, and I still love the characters of Mando and Grogu. Also top-notch score from Ludwig Göransson as always. #themandalorianandgrogu
