First grandson graduated today amidst a heat advisory! This is us gathering afterward. My hubby, my four adult children, one husband, one ex-husband, seven of our eight grandchildren, and me! One wife and one granddaughter stayed home as the journey for them is long.

This is my 2nd Orchid that I’ve had success in keeping alive and having flowers! It still has five more buds to open and add to the six currently blooming. Yeah!
My view this morning. Grateful it’s Mother’s Day so I can get my garden started. Friend gifted me the strawberry pot. 9 strawberry plants, dill, thyme, oregano, and a polka dot plant all incorporated. Looking forward to this really filling out. More later. Food & friendship on deck next.
