I’m looking more and like you can get a mainland reticulated python for less than some ball pythons, like I even switched from highest to lowest to try to be fair, but for less than $1k you can buy the longest snake on planet earth, a snake that can send you to the hospital if you’re not careful.

Listings for reticulated pythons on morphmarket the most expensive being $700 and then dropping down in price to $400-$500

Actually you know what I feel like I have to impart how *wildly* ball python prices can vary depending on morph to really make non-snake people understand, like if you get the right breeding pairs with the right combinations of dreams you can potentially hatch out a clutch worth tens of thousands.

I should get into the habit of taking more food pics. Last night I made a salad with burrata and heirloom tomatoes and this morning I made a nice breakfast. Also I got these lovely roses just look at them!

A plate with salad greens, two kinds of tomatoes (one yellow and one red) cut into wedges, a half of a ball of burrata, some fresh basil, some fresh cracked black pepper, a sprinkling of red pepper flakes, a splash of balsamic vinegar, and a light drizzle of olive oil.

A slightly messy table on which there is a plate with a breakfast of over easy eggs, bacon, breakfast sausage, broiled cherry tomatoes, whole grain buttered toast, and under the eggs and barely visible a hash brown. Besides the plate is a glass of cold brewed coffee over ice taken black, and behind those is a coffin shaped board on top of which are two piles of coasters, two tall candles, an empty can repurposed as a pencil holder, and a vase with roses. Also on the table, one can see a black iron lantern, an unopened cuisinart slap chopper, and heavy duty shears.

I was originally going to stream tonight but by the time I was back from the library and done cooking, it was getting late and I wanted to just relax with the book I took out. I’ve been dying to read this one!
